fOllow the reciepe for RITUAL

prepare:

  • fill fOOt bath with warm/hOt water (or if struggling with inflamatiOn, a cOOl cOntainer)

  • add 1/3 cup of Epsom salt

  • sprinkle some favorite dried herbs or orange peels to energize the water

submerge feet & bring attentiOn to the breath:

exhale cOmpassiOn….

REPEAT THIS MANTRA with each breath cycle until water cOOls or you are ready to step out.
